We are committed to working closely with our clients to understand and fulfill their requirements. Our team provides dedicated assistance and, where feasible, customization options to help align the software with your operational needs.

Customization Policy

Yearly Plan

  • Customizations are included at no additional cost, subject to technical feasibility and development scope.

Quarterly Plan

  • Customizations are not included under the quarterly plan.

Refund Policy

As a general policy, refunds are not offered, as substantial effort, onboarding, training, and support resources are allocated from the beginning of the engagement.

However, in the interest of customer satisfaction:

  • Clients may request a full refund within 7 days of payment if they are not satisfied with the product or service.

Refund Requests After 7 Days (Yearly Plan)

  • Refund requests made after 7 days from the date of payment will not be entertained.
  • In exceptional cases where a refund is approved, the amount refunded will be subject to deduction of:
    • Customization costs (if any)
    • Services already delivered
    • Any other implementation or support costs incurred

Important Notes

  • Clients are encouraged to communicate their requirements clearly so that our team can assist with setup, onboarding, and customizations effectively.
  • We strongly recommend utilizing our support and training resources during the initial period to ensure smooth adoption of the system.

OTA Listing Charges Policy

Charges for OTA listings are applicable strictly for the listing process and the efforts involved in preparing, submitting, and coordinating the listing with the respective OTA platforms.

Please note that listing approval is not guaranteed, as the final decision rests solely with the respective OTA platform.

In the event that a listing application is rejected or not approved for any reason, no refund will be provided, as the charges cover the work, time, and effort invested in completing the listing process and related follow-ups.
